Stress free planning tools & assistance:

Klay provides you with everything you need to plan the perfect wedding; from timeline/itinerary to music selection. He will help personalize your wedding every step of the way in order to maximize ‘connection’ between you and your guests. Even if you have hired an Event planner…this service covers everything else that has to do with creating a smooth flowing, stress free, and enjoyable wedding entertainment experience!

Cocktail /dinner music & sound production:

The right background music at the right volume helps create the perfect atmosphere from the moment your guests arrive, until it is time for the dance. Sound is monitored to ensure that announcements and toasts are heard clearly. And with Klay’s perfectly timed musical transitions and fillers…there will never be any awkward silences… and everyone will be really entertained as well!

Complimentary MC services:

Most of what your guests will remember from your reception happens before the dance even begins. So…your MC must make a good impression. The perfect MC is organized, personable, and a comfortable public speaker. If you have someone that fits that description…perfect. If not…no worries! Klay Tate is an experienced MC with over 3500 nights on the mic. He will keep things flowing smoothly, while keeping you and your guests informed, entertained, and smiling from cocktails through toasts.

Interactive DJ entertainment package:

Klay will work with you in advance to choose your desired songs and play them at exactly the right time in the night. At the reception, by taking requests and expertly reading the room…Klay will keep the dance-floor busy with a wide mix of the most popular ‘radio friendly’ dance & party music from all time. Package includes a full range active sound system, plus warm & colorful L.E.D. dance
floor lighting.

Surround Sound (AKA: Smart sound):

Additional speakers placed around the room will result in incredible sound coverage at a much lower volume. This means everyone will hear announcements and speeches at a comfortable level. This is the solution for larger, wider, longer, divided venues; and/or any event of 150+ people.

Big screen video package:

Imagine romantic quotes, and/or beautiful photos setting the mood throughout cocktails and dinner. Or perhaps your slide show/video of your life/love story during toasts. With this 6’ x 8’ (108″) rear projection screen… no cables or projector are visible or in anyone’s path. This allows Klay to use the screen throughout the night to entertain everyone with fun video clips, interactive dance videos, and a whole lot more! It brings everything together to create one big show!! And, because we have only one chance to get it right…we provide a complimentary backup projector and computer for guaranteed performance!
* If your space does not allow for a big screen…no worries! Klay can provide 43″ flat screens on 6′ stands.

Complimentary cool-down music (+):

As we pack up our equipment (approx. 1 hour), you and your guests will enjoy some background “cool-down” music…while drinks are finished, cabs are called, and other plans are made. It’s a great way to cool things down…naturally!

Ceremony Services

Whether your ceremony is in a Church, hotel, restaurant, backyard, park, field, on a beach, or a mountainside…
Klay will provide the music, the sound production, and the planning assistance to help make it perfect!
Backup equipment is included for guaranteed service.

Every package includes:

  • Ceremony planning tools and assistance.
  • Music to welcome your guests 20 minutes prior.
  • Professional full range sound system. Placed discretely, so that the speakers will not be visible near your vows location.
  • Wireless lavalier mic for the wedding officiant.
  • Wireless lavalier mic for the Groom (this will pick up the Bride’s vows too! (So that your guests will be a part of it all!)
  • Customized Welcome, Processional, Interim, and Recessional music.

Packages typically range between $300 (Indoors) – $500 (outdoors). The exact price for your ceremony production will be dependent on the location, timeline, equipment required, and power availability. Discuss your dream ceremony with Klay today, and he will help make the dream come true!

LED Up-lighting packages:

Transform or accentuate any venue with gorgeous light!

L.E.D. up-lighting will enhance the décor and add some “ooh…ahh” to any event. It is also the perfect solution for venues with little or no mood lighting (both pretty… and functional!)

Choose up-lighting, radiant columns, or a mix of both! We can customize to suit your vision!


“Oooh!”-package) 10 lights, good for smaller/medium size venues. ($300)

“Ahhh!”-package) 20 lights, good for a larger venue, or to “paint” a smaller/medium  sized venue. ($575)

* Additional lights can always be added. Chat with Klay about your vision, and he will make it happen.

Radiant columns:

We can transform an Up-light into a 7 foot tall luminous column creating a 360 degree glow. ($25 per light)

* We can mix & match Up-lights with lighted columns to achieve just the look you want!
